Will be recommending and using this company in future. From the start, Darren was very informative and never gave the hard sell at all, which was nice. We were surprised at how quickly everything happened, literally a few weeks from the initial meeting to having the windows done. The fitters were here early and didn’t stop working at all.

I was dreading whole process but went very smoothly. I just had to leave them to it and they got on with it. People have stopped and complimented me on them. For transparency there was issue with window when installers went to collect it but was remeded quickly and was kept up to date each stage of the process. Staff were all approachable, friendly and professional from first contact and was reasonably priced. Product quality was good and aftercare was also good as managers called on day of install and few days after to ensure everything was ok.
David came down to survey for the roughcasting, talked us through our options and showed us a full range of colours etc. to choose from. Very good price and when the boys arrived to do the job they were polite, professional and very hard workers. They worked non stop on the hottest day of the year without a break. The job they did was fantastic, we are so pleased we picked DX to do our roughcasting, it is a big property and they completed it in 2 days to a very high standard. The finishing touches like painting the sills, putting our satellite dish back up and fixing all cables back to where they had been were very much above and beyond what we expected.
